2. Booking and Scheduling

To schedule our services, clients must provide adequate notice as per the agreed timeline. We strive to accommodate all scheduling requests; however, availability is not guaranteed and is subject to change.

Clients are advised to book services in advance to ensure timely provision. Any changes to the schedule should be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the agreed appointment time.

3. Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is based on the scope of work, type of services, and the time required to complete the tasks. Payment terms are as follows:

A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Full payment is due upon completion of the services, unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

All prices are subject to change based on the market rates for materials and labor. Clients will be notified of any adjustments prior to commencement of work.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

In the event of cancellation by Gardening Services Honor Oak due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund of any deposits paid.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Failure to comply may result in delays or additional charges.
